The project comprises the re-development of the existing Renbro Shopping Centre and increasing the gross lettable area from approximately 5750m² to 16500m².

The re-development included:

• The development of a new KFC: Completed 31 July 2007
• The conversion of SPAR to a SUPERSPAR
• The re-development of the existing Total Filling Station to include a forecourt store
• In addition various existing tenants will be increasing in size and a formal taxi rank will be developed on the premises
