This development entails the redevelopment of the existing shops to a modern convenience Shopping Centre. The re-development includes:

• The conversion of the KWIK SPAR to a SPAR and increasing the gross lettable area to approximately 6500m².
• The existing Engen Filling Station will be completely refurbished as part of the development.
