PCN endeavour to retain the property management rights of all of its projects. The company's view on property management is one of long term value creation. The property managers at PCN are involved from the start of the development to the management of each end product.

The Company's responsibilities are two fold:

Tenants:

Long term relationships are fostered, and tenants are seen as guests in all of PCN's properties. As guests, tenants have the right to the highest standard of support and services.

Shareholders / Investors:

The Company's shareholder and investor portfolio have both a local and international base. It is of utmost importance to PCN to report to them regularly and to enhance shareholder and investor value each year. We have a dedicated shareholder and investor base that are an integral part of the PCN Group.
