PCN is an integrated real estate group and consists of PCN Projects (Pty) Ltd, PCN Property Management (Pty) Ltd and PCN Corporate Services (Pty.) Ltd.

Founded in South Africa in 1995, and incorporated in Australia in 2001, the PCN Group has been involved in a diverse range of property developments, investments, and projects. It has successfully developed, marketed and managed properties in South Africa and internationally.

The Group is a multi-disciplinary property development company and its experience both in South Africa and internationally, includes residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects. These range from 1,000sqm to 50,000sqm, including CBD retail, neighbourhood, sub-regional and regional shopping centres, and mixed-use developments.

The total value of properties that have been developed or are currently under development by PCN Projects (South Africa and Australia) is approximately R2.7 Billion (AU$ 385 million). PCN has done this on behalf of investment groups, in joint ventures, and by its own account. PCN has the experience to source, research, plan, design, develop, lease and manage viable property assets.

PCN Property Management (Pty) Ltd was established to provide the full range of property services to the group. These include the skills and systems necessary to maintain each property to the highest standards of quality, achievie the greatest operating efficiencies and, realise the highest profit potential possible. Achieving these goals allows PCN to create successful and equitable communities.

The Company excels in projects that are strategically positioned and economically viable for the shareholders and tenants. PCN strives to surpass all three major sustainability challenges- environmental, financial and social.
