Director:

Dr FT (Solly) Preller

In addition to being the Managing Director of the PCN Group, Dr Preller is Chairman, Trustee, Shareholder/Owner and/or Director of numerous other property related companies and trusts. He was, prior to pursuing a full-time property development career, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the South African based Schoombie Hartmann Group of Quantity Surveyors and Construction Cost Consultants. This gives him a wide purview of the development industry.

Dr Preller is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a registered professional quantity surveyor in South Africa. The Academic qualifications he obtained include the degrees of BSc (QS), MSc (QS), M.Com. Property (Curtain University, Australia) and PhD. Additionally, he also successfully completed numerous Advanced Executive and Property Development Programmes in South Africa and the USA. Dr Preller also held an extraordinary professorship in the Department of Construction Economics at the University of Pretoria, until 2005. His practical abilities are matched with outstanding academic qualifications.

Since 1986 Dr Preller has successfully acquired, developed or is currently developing, and managed properties to the total value of around R4.9 billion (AU$700 million), both in South Africa and internationally.

Ms DL Jansen

Miss Jansen is a Director of PCN Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd, PCN Projects (Pty) Ltd and PCN Property Management (Pty) Ltd and numerous other companies and of various trusts.

Fields of expertise include Accounting Management Services and other administrative functions.

Director:

Ms Claudi-Marie Preller

Claudi-Marie has completed her Masters of Architecture from the University of the Free State in South Africa, and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours. She has also gained experience across tertiary education and residential projects. Claudi-Marie is inspired by texture, colour and form, and has strong interests in Interior Design, particularly refurbishment and restoration to residential and small commercial projects.

Claudi-Marie also holds a Diploma of Interior Decorating from the London College of Arts.

Mrs MP (Marilé) Preller

Mrs Preller has been involved in the Property and Financial Management of numerous companies since 1986. She has completed a four year University Commercial qualification and a Certificate in Shopping Centre Management from the University of Pretoria. Combined with her experience these qualifications give her the expertise to make significant contribution to the company. These include Property and Facilities Management and related Administrative and Financial Functions.
