Renbro Shopping Centre
Hamanskraal, Gauteng
The project comprises the re-development of the existing Renbro Shopping Centre and increasing the gross lettable area from approximately 5750m² to 16500m².
The re-development includes:
- The development of a new KFC;
- The conversion of SPAR to a SUPERSPAR;
- The re-development of the existing Total Filling Station
to include a forecourt store.
- In addition various existing tenants will be increasing in size and a
formal taxi rank will be developed on the premises.
